Carl, why do you reckon the upload is being hindered?
Router cpu?
Bandwidth to the tester?
Congestion?
Or just being too fast for everyone else!

It's running as expected, no bottlenecks to speak of besides the restrictions of Internet technology and PON as a whole :)
