Hello.


i have one of these adapters connected to my router upstairs and one connected downstairs.

both are connected to main sockets and have worked fine for years.

then yesterday the middle light (home icon which means dLan) went off.

i haven't touched my router (Virgin Hub 3) or changed anything.

I've reset both adapters but nothings changed.

can anyone please help?

I assume these are powerline adaptors, in which case they'll need to be re-paired if they have been reset. I'd do this with them in a double socket next to each other. If they won't pair then one has likely failed.
