Grey and gloomy today, but a good bit milder.

Pottering about is on the cards...but may have a quick trundle into the bright lights if I can get into the mood.

It was quite grey when I arose, actually it was quite dark as well.  have a feeling the clocks will go back soon. Winter is on the way. 
The sun is making an appearance at the moment yet it is quite cool out there.

I think I may do some pottering today, just for a change. The DIY is on hold now 'till next Summer.

Good morning everybody

At this end of the island we had quite a sharp frost last night, and everything was white when I first looked out of the window. It's a lovely sunny day now, but quite cold. Some of that greyer but milder weather is apparently on its way to us tomorrow.

Nothing much planned for today (like everyone else, it seems ) so like the rest of you I'll be pottering.

I always remember some years ago when I was working with a pal of mine.Work was always tight come the winter and the foreman said I have no work for you lads,can you comeback in the spring.
