I've just received this email which is supposedly from Photobucket.I do have an account but have never had a pro account.

I don't know if it's a genuine Photobucket survey or not, but I don't like the bit about cancelling my non-existent Pro subscription. I've filled in the survey with a lot of nonsense, and much good may it do them.

I sent an email to PhotoBucket support with a copy of the email I received.

I received a prompt reply stating....

This was an error on our part.  We apologize for the confusion. Please ignore.

hmmmm surely if it was an error, then they could have sent out a following email with an explanation.
There must be lots of others who were confused about it too :/
