I see @ TBB that things are really bad right now for Access, and theres even mention of some users getting out early, or getting 3 months free. Certainly worth a try.

The RADIUS is where users are authenticated (logged in to O2 systems). If there was problems with the radius then customers would be able to get a session and/or there would be frequent drops of PPP.
Ive never heard of RADIUS problems causing slow speeds. In fact if theres a problem with the RADIUS, then you would expect those users who are still on a central to actually have more bandwidth.
