I think this is what I got via email week before last with a fake .exe file - they started coming through on the 13th

The alarming thing about it was that at the time neither Malware bites nor AVG/Avast actually detected it.
I didnt open it, but an online scan at Housecall identified it as Win32.Zbot and I reported it to a couple of places.
