I'm confused. Interleaving needs participation of the MSAN & modem. It won't work if the DLM is turned off.
However, interleaving and DLM are sometimes used interchangeabily, in that an ISP may say DLM is off when in reality its interleaving that has been disabled on the DSLAM.

1) Permanently Off
2) Controlled by DLM. (as it sees fit depending upon the state your line)
3) Permanently On.
Differences re g.inp, transmission etc on main site.
Interleaving doesnt work well with SHINE. Overheads. ( known phrase from bcm - "it steals your bandwidth"). I wouldnt recommend after seeing amount of your dip.

As you can see it keeps dropping, but Im feeling too poorly to have to deal with the prospect an Openreach visit.
No matter what the DLM does, it doesnt do anything to help the SHINE that I usually get on a daily basis. What its doing now is different to the usual morning burst. But as you can see, despite banding from what should be 80Mbps down to 60Mb. If it were standard bg noise or even a small amount of REIN, thats when interleaving is more useful.
