Openreach will at some point deploy 25GPON our 50GPON. What A&A sell with it time will tell!

Yes the real selling point of this is "true" 10Gbps - we can deliver a 10Gbps up/down profile over 25Gbps, where as XGS-PON is 8.4 (ish).

But 25 is pretty epic

It brings that capacity ratio to nicer numbers again, can sell gigabit upload knowing upload congestion is extremely unlikely.  Like it is on FTTC.

Can happily sell 10G upload knowing congestion is unlikely. As a top tier few folks would use it.

As far as I know no-one has any problems with congestion here despite my uncapped service and there are up to 128 premises sharing the port: 2 * 1:64 splitters combined.

Ogi is primarily a Welsh provider with their own FTTP network. They used to be called Spectrum Internet. They used to sell Openreach FTTP all over the UK but it looks like they no longer do.

You're only ever likely to get Openreach FTTP at your address and that's only because Openreach are being paid (a lot) to deploy it. While only served by them you would be on GPON.

In order for Ogi to wholesale their Nokia 25G PON to AA to sell to you they would need to roll out their network to you.
