Hi jid,I have the BT Option 1 package,which has less usage etc than option 3,but and its a big but,the support is the same for any package and its awful.Its Indian call centres where staff read from scripts and know absolute nothing about the technical aspect of broadband.Saying that my own connection even though it is on a long line is pretty stable and reliable.I am leaving to go with O2 next month,the main reason being UK knowledgeable support with O2 and cost.I am paying £17.99 a month,which they have so generously offered to knock £2 off with BT,whereas O2 8mb is £7.50 if you have an O2 mobile and £12.50 without.
