Hi jid,I have the BT Option 1 package,which has less usage etc than option 3,but and its a big but,the support is the same for any package and its awful.Its Indian call centres where staff read from scripts and know absolute nothing about the technical aspect of broadband.Saying that my own connection even though it is on a long line is pretty stable and reliable.I am leaving to go with O2 next month,the main reason being UK knowledgeable support with O2 and cost.I am paying £17.99 a month,which they have so generously offered to knock £2 off with BT,whereas O2 8mb is £7.50 if you have an O2 mobile and £12.50 without.

Try looking here - select the ISP you want to look at from the drop down box

With sky - if they mention the £10 package that will be the max product.

Ive not put anyone on the max product - only the free and £5 ones, so I dont have any first-hand experience of the max product..  but the other 2 seem ok.  I have seen some peak time congestion, but thats more to do with the users on that exchange.
The 2Mb isn't really 2Mb - its more like 1600kbps. Latency on all products will start off high but can be adjusted.
Support... hmmm.   I think thats possibly one of the areas were sky takes a bit of a bashing.

Broadband1, you are posting from a Tiscali IP address, which means you're definitely on a Tiscali connection. You're not using a neighbour's wireless connection by mistake are you?!

Ive just had a look through some of the IP addresses that youve posted from over the past few months
About half of them are from a Tiscali connection.. and about half from a BT connection.  Its the more recent connections that are coming via tiscali (since about April), but intermittent bt ones in between.

I am considering going to either o2 or Sky, as they seem the best for me. BT have crap reviews! Cust service doesn't seem to amazing either!

Only thing with o2 is I will have to start paying BT for Phone and Line Rental again!

Although Sky do line rental, it isn't that cheap really.

Oh I think that probably because I occasionaly use my neighbours wi-fi to access the net while I let my house mate max out the HomeHub  I did a review of Tiscali anywho
