As the title suggests, I was downloading something earlier and noticed it wasn't going over a certain speed and thought "Huh, odd" so when the download completed I logged into my Vigor modem to see my speed had dropped and running VDSL ST command it gave me back this

I don't recall when this used to say but I know my speed was above 70Mb
Also [with Vectoring support] - I don't ever recall seeing this either, has my line had vectoring applied to it? I am on an ECI exchange so i'd be surprised if this is the case.
I hope my interleaving goes down. If anyone can give any insight to this much appreciated
p.s. I did shortly before grabbing these line stats power off and on the modem just to verify it wasn't some weird bug in the firmware. Speed went from 62 to 63 (no difference).
p.s.s. Modem is a Vigor 2762
