As forceware has a service delivered by VDSL2, it is the DLM that will decide on the interleave status. ISPs/CPs cannot make such an adjustment. They can make limited requests for a particular type of profile to be applied to the circuit.
As the circuit has just had a DLM reset (a circuit re-calc, if I am remembering B*Sheep's explanation correctly), it will be essentially as a newly commissioned circuit. The DLM will observe and take action, if required.
