Confirmation of a successful touchdown is expected in a one-hour window centred on 16:02 GMT / 17:02 CET. The first image from the surface is expected some two hours later.

I shall be checking it out later this evening :)

Brilliant :)

Excuse my ignorance, but are those images in B+W, or is everything there just in shades of grey.  Does anyone know?

Okay Ive not searched hard, but if Rosetta/Philae is anything like Curiousity, then the Nav cams are in B&W and we may have to wait for the Science cams to get colour images?

If it goes well we will hope to see images from the comet soon.

Also Congratulations on the second landing  ;D
