No end user equipment detected.
« on: April 01, 2014, 03:55:53 PM »

Had an FTTC install - contractor - I know Black Sheep will be bitting his lip.

Anyway as you can guess - run the "tests" on his mobile  :-X and got - No end user equipment detected.

"Tested " with both the ECI & HH5 no joy. Left the job with the hub solid orange.

Got the Unlocked HG612  as windows test dialer out line syncs at 39999 (capped- don't if its the dlm due or been incorrectly provisioned) {80+ Attainable Fastpath with zero hourly errors} --- no authentication either BTRetail under test_user ect ect

So now have the delightful task of dealing with BTRetail as on there system its says order completed ....

Any pointers to help guide them in the right direction. ?

Thanks ;)

I'm afraid I'll have to make this particular reply very short, due to commitments.

It would appear on the face of it, he is connected to the wrong port in the Cabinet ??  :)
