stuck profile?

ive been waiting WAN:   5 days, 11:51:27 for an upgrade to 2000mbps. my sync is 2272 whats the problem?

It certainly should go up within 5 days. I should give it another day, then if it still hasn't changed, report a stuck IP profile to your ISP, who can get BT to unstick it (assuming that they understand what you're talking about of course).

Also check as the line could have been uintermittent and the system can now take 7days to adjust.

ah, yes it would have been up and down initially while i tuned the snr on my dg834gt to reach 2272. since then the DG834GT has been hanging on by its fingernails 2.4-3.3db :) .
