Yes you need to ID one of the Bonds ..... the emphasis is on sounds like a certain 007 is calling someone a fool ! ..... once you have the actor the rest will be so obvious

You have the correct Bond TD ....... but now concentrate on the 'sounds' bit of the clue ....... Connery has a shpeshal way of shpeaking ...... and if he were to call someone something like a fool .... not too derogatory ... it would 'sound like' the place we are looking for .... which is in his country

A fool could be an ass, and if you pronounced that the Connery way it could be 'ash'. The only Scottish name I can find which (sort of) fits is
