Someone strange Hlog

Someone has curious Hlog. What can be cause of these dips?

Isn't that the part of the frequency range which is blocked in your country ? Maybe that is why !
It doesn't coincide exactly with the Amateur band.

I don't question about this frequency range I question about small dips at the lower frequiences.
