The results we usually get are CA,CE,LN,FU and EX. If this is showing as a CA fault and it has been testing the same with the faceplate removed from the NTE5 then a CA engineer would need to be booked to the customers premises to investigate by the customers telephony provider which i believe is BT. You will be advised of possible charges but as long as you have proved this NOT to be an internal issue in your own domain then you should be fine.
