  I very much doubt whether one is worth owning but maybe this /d  is a past ECI version that has not made it to the UK!   The date shows as 12/10/10 and I assume, perhaps wrongly, that 12 is not the year? Not even a UK plug in spite of the BT label !  Anyone tempted! The postage and import tax risks will put you off if nothing else does!

Maybe there part of a  sample/test unit* batch ECI produced for BT as part of the testing/control phase before roll out?

Its location maybe a clue.

*d for development unit as ECI was awarded the BT contract in July 2010.
