Subject: Broadband Connectivity Issues. - Resolved
We have received notification from our suppliers that the recent connectivity issues across the south of England have now been resolved.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused, and customers should be back online now.
If you are still experiencing problems, please power off your router for a minimum 60 minutes, then power it back up and you should be able to connect. If you still have connection issues, please do not hesitate to contact our support team.
