Plusnet Netework re-organisation and upgrade
« on: January 06, 2011, 11:41:43 AM »

Gentlefolk,

There's an interesting article here which describes how PlusNet are enhancing and simplifying their broadband networks.

http://community.plus.net/blog/2010/12/17/new-plusnet-broadband-network/

How nice it would be if all ISPs were to provide such information.

Kind regards,
Walter

I was only with Plusnet for a few months but I found the service to be quite good, yes they traffic shape and have caps but they do make it clear to you and it does not come as a surprise when you have signed a new yearly contract. Not that I did as I paid extra for a monthly contract.

This is typical of PlusNet and is the reason why I have been a customer for nine years.

PlusNet people are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable (with intellectual honesty so you can trust what they tell you).  I receive great service from PlusNet.

Though there seem to be quite a few, who do not read, and are surprised, going by some threads over in the PN community forum. Oh and how loud and bullying the bleating can be. TBAH PN do wonders with those types.
