Good afternoon all 

Are you all suffering from heatstroke..

Nothing to report about Sue yet.Took her in around 10 am.She is first on the afternoon list,trouble is the consultant hasn't finished her morning list yet.She operating on one and has still one to go before she starts her afternoon list.I have to phone about around 3.30 to find out more.

Its given me a chance to re arrange the living room while she is out...

Try not to fret, unkyUb....these hospital visits/appointments never run to time.
Sue will be just fine.

It's horrible isn't it, waiting for news? As TD says, I'm sure she'll be fine.

I imagine you'll be holding a small party when she's feeling stronger, to celebrate the new decoration.

Sue has had her surgery,it all went well and the consultant is confident that no further surgery will be required.I have spoken to her and she is a bit sore.She won't be allowed home till about 8.30/9pm tonight.

I am so relieved and will put all my efforts into helping her get back on the road to recovery

What good news that is Unc     .... I'm sure Sue will love the move around you've managed to get done 

I must have been suffering from heat stroke I think    8)     I started with the "brown stuff" cutting  early morning, before the heat of the day set in  ...  the grass has given up the ghost,but the weeds still manage to thrive    .. it's al spic and span now .... then that lead to other bits of gardening  ....  then a book emerged ..then I promptly fell asleep    .... it is in the low 30"s at the moment .. had a lovely sleep  .....    so...............     yaaaaaaaaaaawn   .....     enjoy the rest of the  day everyone ....

Ev'ning all.
I too have been at it all day. Started with a good rub down with some medium grit, a couple of coats on. Waiting for that to dry fully overnight then a nice rub down with some fine grade before the final coat goes on.

Glad to hear Sue is OK UncleUB.   Don't have Sue working behind that bar now.
Scotties mum has been at it all day as well.
What a busy lot we are.
