I'm off to the Big Smoke again this morning - for laser treatment on one of my eyes.  They reckon that they can repair some of the damage caused by macular degeneration so, 

I am being escorted to/from and before/after the procedure, and so Maisie gets a well-deserved couple of days off     no doubt she will persuade Sue to go to lunch at the Tudor Arms!

I won't log in tomorrow, but may be back online on Friiday.

Not a bad morning here after a night of torrential rain,

Poor Sue left at 05.30 this morning to go to work in it.
