unfortunatly whatever dept you ring for this problem, they will direct you to the indian call centre for you to endure their technical scripts. then they will tell you its a wiring problem and to book a house visit (i find it strange that their scripts always end with the same conclusion ... hmmmm)
emailing them is more than useless, i found out after 30 + emails about my problem (wont bore you
), in the end they wouldnt even reply to me.
