The judge said he was sparing him jail with great hesitation because of his age and the fact he has diabetes. Government guidelines advise GPs they may prescribe Viagra to patients suffering from conditions that can cause sexual dysfunction, including diabetes.

Surely that doesn't include include convicted sex offenders

They really have lost the plot
