Morning all,

Not been to sleep at all...yawn....worra life.  Can't see what the weather is throwing at us this morning....hope it's not gonna be more rain  though we did have a sunny day yesterday so better not complain.

@ Floydoid... sorry to hear about the central heating, ....brrr I hope they get their fingers out and sort it for you PDQ... can't imagine how you're coping with no heat...I can't stand the cold.

You're up early again Chrissie.  Quite cold here so far, but they promised me they are coming to replace the boiler this afternoon, which forced me to reschedule a couple of things, but it's a case of priorities.

Well at least that answers one question we were all too polite to ask, you have other means of heating your hot water.
My boiler is my only means of heating water so it runs in summer too. I very rarely have the central heating on, but I do have a gas fire in the room so that radiator is virtually redundant.

I have a separate immersion heater which uses cheap economy 7 electric, and gives me hot water for the whole day.

I've tried to send some over but it keeps bouncing back           We're going off tomorrow for the weekend at least, had an invite out  to lunch so decided to carry on into the Dordogne after that .....

I posted in the other section... theres nothing that I can see that should stop him being able to access.   
Is he getting any error messages - if hes been caught up in the anti-spam thing (which I dont think he can be because his account is showing fine, and he's in the UK.)

Can he view the site... and not login.
Can he get to the site at all?
Is he getting any error messages - if its anything to do with the blocks from yesterday - then he will get one of a few messages all of which specifically mentions 'spam or spamming'

The only thing that does make me wonder is... I can see who his ISP is.. and its the same one as OF.   OF is having problems viewing certain sites atm.. and one of the possibilities is that theres a problem with virgin's DNS servers.
- Not sure if thats related or not.

When I saw his cry for help on the forumites quiz,and he mentioned Virgin,I straightaway thought of OF's problems with them and wondered if its a Virgin server problem
