Netgear WPN111 Problem
« on: November 05, 2008, 09:38:16 PM »

I have been using this adapter for a few months with no problems but on Monday it started disconnecting for some reason, I connect then 30-50 mins later it cuts out, if I take it out and plug it back in it connects another 30-50 mins it cuts of again and so on.

I have the latest driver from the netgear website

Could it be that one of your neighbours has got a new wireless network on the same channel as you?

I can't remember if the netgear wireless utility shows the channel of wireless access points it finds, but if not, you could try logging into your router's web interface and changing the wireless channel to something else, and see if that helps with your issue.
