You've asked a rather difficult question. Nobody in the UK will have any experience of your ISP/CP and the requirements for the services they offer.
Looking at the the page for the
LS1008G and scrolling down to the section headed
"Plug and Play" we see in the second, middle, illustration, the connection of an IPTV device.
It might be best if you contact TP-Link, explain your requirements and see what they suggest?
Another alternative would be to purchase an LS1008G via Amazon and test it. You could then return it, if it doesn't work with your IPTV service.
