Am I losing my mind at the age of 21 ??
« on: July 15, 2008, 12:01:46 AM »

well hey there everyone, the past 3weeks i've been seeing the 2 strangest things one serious the other quite funny actually ok let me start with the funny : Well I was in Subway (The New Sandwich Place) and I saw a guy ask for a big Mac

Ok straight faces everyone

The Serious, well I recently moved into a 2bedroom house but for the past few weeks during nights I've been seeing lights coming from a House that I know is empty. I have informed the police they searched the house but found nobody at all. The light seems to be a bright white one flashing as if in morse code it only seems to go off between 3pm and 9pm and 11pm to 5am I have been monitoring the patterns and got a couple of mates round to check it out and at first they didn't believe me but at a very ealry point of Saturday Morning they saw the light going off and it was too bright to have been a light bulb or a torch it was a massive light and whenever the light was off I could see into the house but it was always empty and the neighbours have been noticing that light too they say its been happening for 3 years now.

Now here is where the kitz forum dudes and dudettes come in  :) I was wandering if you guys had any explanations or am I in the dark on this one *I made a joke I did it I made a joke  ;D* Cause this sort of is freaking me out now it just started again 5mins ago and nobody has entered or left that house since the police arrived a few weeks back  :cry2:

Thanks, I'm confused enough already after something today :-X :wall:

My first thought is maby a light connected via a timer and it has either a dodgy connection or a flourescent which has a dodgy starter but then you say it's brighter than a lightbulb  :hmm: A security lamp (but inside)  :hmm:

Otherwise you havn't started with a compulsion to sculpt a curious looking mountain out of mash potato or soil  :P

There's bound to be rational explanation, but I have no idea what.
The medication advice may be the best option ........

Whats at the back of the property, sounds like a security light. Theres one near me that lights up the back bedroom when its on.

The empty property wouldn't happen to be a light house would it?

I think the most likely explanation is that J.Man is losing his mind. Such a shame in someone so young.

Check it out at night when the light is lit to see if it is from inside the house or one shining through from the back window (if it is a through lounge).
dave
ps, take a torch in case it is dark.

A pointed stake, some garlic and a cross wouldn't go amiss either.
