I've had a few more issues with my migration to Krystal which I've resolved, mainly because some symbolic links were not reproduced when the stuff was migrated.
However today I had a more serious issue with them. I logged in to the system to manage my account and was presented with a warning message saying my disk space allocation had been exceeded. Now my contract with Ariotek gave me 2gb but the package I was moved to on Krystal only provides 1gb and they suddenly decided to enforce this today some days after migration with no warning at all. This migration was forced upon me and I expected my contract to be honoured for the remainder of its term until 1st December 2017. Once I complained they did move me to their next package up for the remainder of my contract, however suddenly enforcing these limits without warning is I believe not good practice. The new package will be probably twice as expensive than my old Ariotek one and provides for many more resources than I'll ever use or need, so I doubt very much if I'll stay once my contract is up.
I am seeing quite a few comments now which indicates that they probably don't want smaller hobby type accounts from others as well. They also took over Smarthosts at about the same time and I also believe this may be impacting them because their customer service does not seem to be as good as it was being reported.
So far less than impressed. Ariotek was in my view superb but Krystal certainly don't live up to that standard at least not right now.
