Can anyone help - just checked this morning and all results on the GUI of my HG612 are showing as null. There hasn't been a drop in connection, or any other anomaly anywhere. Not sure when/ how this has occurred? Strangely I'm still connected without any hitch, just can't see any sensible GUI stats. I've added photo shots of the GUIs. Would be grateful for any advice on what's happened and how I can fix it?

Welcome to the Kitz forum. 

It is well known that the statistics, reported by the GUI, of the HG612 are incorrect and should not be trusted. The data returned by CLI interaction is correct. That said, I have never seen a blanket "null" and "not a number" (NaN) situation reported prior to your post.

You will probably find that a power cycle of the HG612 will restore the GUI to reporting (wrong) statistics but if you don't want to disturb the G.993.2 (VDSL2) link, perhaps you should become acquainted with the telnet interface and the statistics it can return?

@Burakkucat, your advice is remarkably similar to what I gave on the PlusNet forum, presumably to the same person who was desperate for a fix!
