Does anyone have any data?
From what I know germany is in the process of deploying it after the regulator approved it.
Belgium has vectoring.
But thats all I know really.

Holland too. I recall seeing a graph of actual speed vs distance for something like 18,000 lines, IIRC. But I've largely ignored vectoring recently, so just remember thinking "Oh. Works as expected then."
