My only moan is the large fonts issue, which doesn't diminish the usefulness of the site.
Just for amusement I shrank the browser window to maybe 20% of my (1920 pixel) screen width and it just rescaled and worked 100% fine, including the postcode/address search.
IE11 on W10.

Yes, it does the same here. It isn't a problem with the browser width, it's a problem with larger font sizes.

I tried a basic web browser 'Konqueror' on Linux and it worked ok .

I have a set of 6 fixed IP's From  Eclipse  isp.BT ADSL2(G992.3) line>HG612 as a Modem, Bridge, WAN Not Bound to LAN1 or 2 + Also have FTTP (G.984) No One isp Fixed IP >Dual WAN pfSense (Hardware Firewall and routing).> Two WAN's, Ethernet LAN, DMZ LAN, Zyxel GS1100-24 Switch.

I think its a webpage writing error. I remember back in the old days of writing webpages we had to test the page on a number of browsers to make sure it was shown correctly on them all.

It could also be the way how the font size relates to the browsers current settings. There is a way to force the browser to display at a set size.

If I keep getting issues with BT / OR websites I might apply to write them lol  ;D
