Is there any sort of date filter on there? If not I wonder how the order would change if it was just ratings in the last 6 months.

and there also is the potential statistical effects from merging brands. Examples are Mad as a Fish with Plusnet next month, and here suggested BT with Plusnet; the one negative, the other positive

It is on the 'to do' list for a complete overhaul.
In fact its 3rd on the list, after I finish another hack after the broadband checker to show LLU speeds .. and an image diagram for the retransmission page.
Unfortunately Ive not had time to do any coding stuff for the past couple of months.
