Netgear Nighthawk D7800 Connecting to BT Multicast

hello,     
         I'm having trouble running this with BT youview (multicast) the connection goes through  a switch then into my youview box. The connection last for about an hour then drops, i have to reset the router and it works for a short while then drops again I have the latest firmware installed. Any help is appreciated
