I just wanted to thank everyone for all the help over the past year or so. I had a visit from a virgin media rep last week and within 2 days I was connected to their network and getting 152meg , TiVo in 2 rooms and telephone for around £5 less than what I was paying BT for less of everything.
Time will tell if I made the right decision but on feedback from people in my area , it seems to be getting some good rep.

I'll still be active here on the forums so shout up if you need me.

Around here one area is a test bed for VM, they get some phenominal peak speeds, although congestion seems an issue, joe bloggs at number 3 doing some heavy downloading will kill everyone elses connection

Athough, I'd switch anyday to VM if they offered the service here

VM is hit and miss, if the area doesnt have utilisation issues it can be a very good service.
