So is interleaving completely disabled once gimp kicks in? Delay 0 / 0  even though there still appears to be interleaving (and INP) on both bearers?

Everyone on gimp pinging fastpath style to bbc.co.uk? :)

...

ECI or Huawei cab?

Huawei - as are all enabled so far. You can see them for all users/data on MyDSLWebStats.
Don't worry. I'll post as soon as I'm notified of an ECI one  :congrats: (such as mine....)

Errored seconds and CRC's have magically disappeared and FEC's are much lower than i've ever seen on this FTTC line over the past three years, I'll give this G.INP technology a 10 out of 10 we should of had this years ago  ;)

No, interleaving and FEC can still be used with G.INP active. However, they are turned down dramatically, so the bandwidth overhead is reduced, and the increase in latency is reduced - one calculation I made was for 0.2ms instead of 8ms.

UPDATE:

Well finally I've had all my faults resolved after a month of new kit in the exchange/cab, a free HH5 and 2 cable repairs, I requested a broadband boost engineer last week as nothing was getting to the bottom of my BB issues, however he turned up this Monday and did find a dodgy pair, so he put me on a new spare.

From a faulty 38DS/6US line it went up to 58DS/14US on the Monday but this morning I found the I/P had changed/resync and now its running at 70DS/19US with the HH5 showing a profile of 78DS/28US (SNR 6.3DS/10.7US).

BBC ping was 48ms, now 17ms  :)

Now this is better than when I first got infinity 4+ years ago, maybe due to all the line fixes etc.. or G.Inp doing it's job but whatever reason i'm well chuffed now!

Just wanted to say thanks to the guy's on here in the know and Bald_eagle1 etc.. for giving great advice and helping me understand the stats, thanks everyone!

This could be just a coincident I looked at Bald-Eagle1's uptime before his line was G.INP enabled and noticed a gap of 1 hour a power down of modem on the 17th so I turned my HG612 off for 1 hour on monday evening 23rd and G.INP was enabled on the 2nd day  :-\

I think that may well have been a coincidence.

My connection was down for only 3 minutes on 17th.
Stats were harvested at 11:54 & the resync was picked up at 11:58.

Working back from AS, it seems thae actual resync was at Tue Mar 17 11:57:41 2015

I had a short power cut the night before it was enabled on my line. Around about 10mins downtime, again probably a complete coincidence!  ;D

It's just me looking to deeply into others stats and hopefully finding something in common to the event
