I guess your reply above answers my question in the other thread.
When the updates are carried out there are two types of backups, one is optional. This one will copy the files to a folder and they are date/time stamped.
The other, which yours is failing on is a temporary backup, which should be deleted after successfully installing the updates.
Can you check and make sure that no .bak files exists in your scripts folder, also check that the path shown is the correct path.
Did the other programs update ok?
Oh, just read the bit stating it was read only, don't know why. You should have version 5.0.0.3.
