Like was said earlier the DSL was up all the time, the WAN dropped out, modem tried to re-dial but failed.
I could not wait 15 or 30 minutes so I just pulled modem power and re-plugged it in, DSL came up> hand shake> internet again
until the next time
Edit ... It lasted 55 minutes and died again.
