Is this for VDSL2 or an ADSL connection?

NetGear DG834GT  or the dependable  2wire 2701hg-b  ( BT Business Hub) for Adsl lines.

For VDSL  under £40 range - any of the Unlocked openreach modems ( HG612 - ECI I or the more complex ECI r )-

If wifi isn't needed then an unlocked HG612 or possibly Eci i would be ideal on ADSL as well.
Plus useful for any future VDSL insinstallations  ;)
