netgear DG834G recover utility

trying to flash a Sky branded DG934 using the tutorial from here - http://www.kitz.co.uk/routers/skyDG934.htm

problem is, the netgear recovery utility is no longer available from the netgear website.
any ideas where i can get a hold of this ?

As discussed by PM, it got rejected by the email system as a suspicious attachment. I've uploaded it to my website, and after three attempts to give it a filename which would be accepted by the download link, it's finally found its way to you.
