You've had more success than me then, Stuart. I've requested and received an email to reset my password, but when I enter a new password it just tells me:

"Please correct the highlighted errors and try again.

    Sorry, we are unable to reset your password."

Nothing is highlighted, and I have filled in the details correctly.

Well all I can say is that it worked for me last night and I've just logged in with my new password just fine. They just sent me a link to reset my password which prompted me for a new one, no temp password was sent.

That is identical to my experience.
