Hi jjpearce05 & welcome to the Kitz forum.
We can see from the Discovery Phase (Initial) Band Plan that you are connected to a Huawei DSLAM.
At Medley Phase (Final) Band Plan, we can see that only the first two bands can be used for both upstream & downstream.
However, attenuation is so high (no doubt due to line length), only a small part of the U1 band tones can be used for upstream bitloading & unfortunately, none of the D2 band tones for downstream bitloading.
DLM has switched on DS Interleaving at quite a low depth of 261 & is still OFF for US (value of 1).
The QLN graph shows that your connection doesn't suffer from a great deal of 'noise' interference.
Around -140 dBm is considered to be very quiet.
Your SNRM levels are more or less around the target of 6dB, so it soesn't appear that there is really much/any scope to increase sync speeds.
What is your line length from the cabinet?
Mine is around 1000m or in length & you can see from my QLN graph that my line is noisier than yours (probably due to crosstalk from other connections).
My sync speeds are a little higher than yours though & my connection has been on fastpath since DS sync speed was lowered from around 30Mbps to just over 20 Mbps.
If you have any concerns about your connection's stability, it would be worth switching on the 24/7 monitoring to get a picture of how it performs over a period of time.
