I think I will be leaving idnet tomorrow morning,EIGHT DROPS in one day on the last day of the training period and to still be told "lines degrade over time and your getting 1.5mb which is what bt says you can get so tough" is not good enough

I really really wish I had stayed where I was or gone to Zen

Well you do tend to get what you pay for .  :(
Connections can degrade over time but not at this rate if it did by next week you would have nothing . You should still be expecting to get about 3000 Kbps .Your bit loading looks ok no obvious problems . What is synch rate for this Bit loading ,very rough estimate it seems to be about 2500Kbps allowing for overheads .
