We decided not to go camping this week so instead we had a day on the East Yorkshire coast yesterday.

Bridlington,Sewerby,Flamborough and Filey.The weather was lovely and sunny all day and hardly a breeze(which is rare for the east coast)

Some lovely little coves an villages Eric.The one of Thornwick bay,North Landing..Where I took that photo from is now a carpark,but when we were kids the caravan we use to stay was in that exact spot.
And there is also Bempton Cliffs,RSPB

There is a lovely cliff top walk from North landing over to the South Landing(where the lighthouse is),unfortunately one I'm not able to complete now 

Then further up the coast you have the lovely town of Whitby 


I don't suppose Filey Brigg means much to non Yorkshire folk,so here is a brief history about it
