What does the word mean "L0 (full-power mode) & "ShowtimeRetrain Reason: 8000" below downstream ?

not sure, but the full power mode means your router is operating normally, and the showtime code I believe shows that you've asked the router to resync with the dslam.

You may find a fuller expalination somewhere in the DMT web pages/forums :)
