Awhile back my connection went down in the middle of the day for about 10 minutes and a couple of days later i asked Virgin my isp what happened and their excuse was "Exchange migration" but never explained what it actually ment... I wasn't changing ISP's and i was still on the same type of Broadband (8mb dsl max) So does anyone know what they meant?
