This round-up of Friday's main media stories focuses on David Cameron's statement that the government is looking at banning people from using social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook if they are thought to be plotting criminal activity........ (more)

I think this demonstrates al too clearly the problem facing this country...... A clueless and totally inept bunch of wallies at the helm (again).

Cameron et al clearly have absolutely no clue what the internet and social media are or how they work.

Ban them ? How you silly little man ????????????????????????

It's good to know that the government has got such a good grasp of the technical nature of the internet, isn't it?

Note also he clearly states "suspects" not those that have been tried and found guilty of something.  ::)

Well said Adrian.  Nice to know our government have their finger on the pulse isn't it?  This must be the start of their list of "to do" things to bring the country back to normal and eradicate the scum and filth that have taken over.  Cor how easy it is then....they'll have it done in no time and we will have good parenting, decent moral standards, respect from the younger generation, no more stabbings, shootings and all of the little darlings in well paid jobs.  Anyone got a time scale on it please, I like a laugh... ;)
