I just hope that some "big nasty" does not come along and hijack any funding process that they may also negotiate.

1. It demonstrates an impressive amount of research and modelling has already been undertaken.
2. It provides some insight into the complexities of establishing and maintaining a viable internet service.
3. It also shows, as Kitz has remarked before, that some might have other agendas.
