Label Makers
« on: September 18, 2011, 11:34:44 AM »

I'm having trouble with Aver Wizard and need to print some labels for my granddaughter, can anyone suggest a free label making programme other than Avery?

Sammi and I would be very grateful. :(

Depending on how basic or complicated you need it, I find the label maker in MS Word fairly good.

"Envelope & Labels" =
Tools > Envelope & Labels > Labels.........

Thanks chaps, Label Joy looks good but after looking at it I find the trial version prints the labels with a water mark, the basic version costs 59 euroes!  About £51.00 too expensive for my pension.

The Micrsoft one is fine for address labels but I also need to add a small picture.

I'm still trying to get the repair info from Avery but everything I've done so far has failed.

Thanks again,

Peter

Depending on what type of labels you want to create and how often you want to change them you could always make your own label template in MS Excel. But even with MS Word labels you can add pictures.

Other than that most of your other options would be if you use torrents?

Thanks Scottiesmum, just downloaded the programme, (Then I couldn't find it!!  Had to do a search) just had a quick trial on the labels she wants and think I can work with this, I had hoped to have them today as it is her 8th birthday, but I need to change and make my self a bit smarter so grandma can take her birthday cake.

Many thanks again everyone.
