iPrint help please....
« on: July 06, 2011, 11:04:58 AM »

I installed  iPrint a while ago, and have used it frequently.   However, suddenly it wont print.   I choose print on the document, then choose iPrint  .... get the iPrint screen up with the item I want to print clearly shown, press print and all it does it put the same document on the screen  ....   it will not print out.   I have for the moment reverted to my normal printer programme, i.e. Epson, (the printer has printed out quite happily)  but I rather liked iPrint.  Does anyone else use this ?  Thank you for any assistance.   :)

I'm afraid I've never heard of it, and probably wouldn't be any help if I had. :(

I can't say that I have heard of it. However a quick Google search turned up this Wikipedia entry.

iPrint should appear within your system as a "virtual printer", so first check that it is doing so.

Go start menu>control panel>printers and other hardware>printers and faxes..........is it showing there ?

If it is, right click on the icon and select properties and ensure that it's print queue is properly directed at your printer.

Many thanks for your interest  :)
